Position Overview
We are seeking a Application Support Technician to join our Beaverton office. In this role, you will install, support, and troubleshoot managed print services software (Remote Monitoring Services) for both internal teams and external clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. This role provides direct assistance to external clients, contract administrators, and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is technically minded, proactive, customer focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring software for clients

Associate’s degree or higher + 1+ year of customer service experience
