The role focuses on assisting technicians, vendors, and contractors during the implementation and upgrade of technology hardware in retail store locations. This is not a traditional customer service call center role, as calls will primarily involve technical implementation support and troubleshooting coordination. Representatives will manage inbound and outbound calls through a queue system while updating tracking applications, validating system information, and communicating updates through email and Microsoft Office applications. Team members will also provide first-level troubleshooting assistance to field technicians and ensure all implementation protocols are followed during project execution. Candidates must be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Project schedules may vary and can include evening, overnight, or different time-zone support. Shift schedules may fluctuate based on business and project needs, with advance notice provided whenever possible. Paid onsite training will be provided along with project handbooks and system access.
