Applications Analyst 3 – Epic Beaker-AP – UW MedicinePay Range: $108,720.00/yr – $135,552.00/yrWork Schedule100% FTE – 40 hours per weekDay Shift – Core hours 08:00 – 17:00 PST, Monday‑FridayPosition Highlights100% remote opportunityValues‑based work environmentActive departmental Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee15 days of vacation first year; 12 days sick time, 1 personal holiday, 11 paid holidays annually100% matching, 100% immediately vesting 403(b) retirement planPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis and troubleshooting for complex application issues to meet established Service Level Agreements and work with user groups to provide diagnostic assistance and resolution.Maintain issue tracking (internally and with vendor) and follow issue tracking policies and guidelines.Meet with customers to identify and analyze system requirements for continuous improvements, set expectations, and escape issues as needed.Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with constituents, ensuring a thorough understanding of their objectives.Track and provide regular project status updates to leaders, customers, and stakeholders.Lead small projects or larger project sub‑components that may include cross‑functional teams.Identify improvement opportunities through analysis.Provide consistent and timely IT service deliverables using thorough analysis.Test all scenarios conforming to quality standards at the solution level.Evaluate and implement management requests for information to generate reporting requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Information Systems, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience.Currently holds 2 or more current Epic certifications (or equivalent in other EHR systems) OR has obtained Epic proficiency and has consistently demonstrated technical competencies for 4+ years in relevant functional/business area.Epic Beaker‑AP certification is REQUIRED.4+ years of overall experience, including:2+ years providing EHR systems application maintenance/support.Demonstrated experience serving as a role model in providing exceptional business partnership with customers.2+ years of experience with application/system configuration and implementation of clinical information systems.Ability to translate business requirements into design specifications, follow technical change control processes, and maintain technical documentation.Experience mentoring others.Ability to manage small to medium sized IT projects and/or process improvement initiatives.Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.Experience supporting large‑scale enterprise customers.Experience walking clients through systems, preferably in a healthcare environment.Be Part of Our TeamJoin our mission to make life healthier for everyone in our community.#J-18808-Ljbffr
