CpCpCbrCpCpThe CbApplications Analyst IIICb maintains and optimizes current system applications including pic ensures system application updates are working properly before updates are loaded into the live system by coordinating testing and update dates with users and vendorB integrates new applications in the existing health information system according to the implementation schedule.
• Acts as liaison between users and the software vendors • Guides the modification of system applications in instances where current applications impede performance or where changes will enhance performance. • Facilitates end users ability to understand and maximize use of the software to perform daily operations • Works with I.T. ducation staff to develop specialized training and educates users in system optimization. • Responds to user questions with timely answers and/or referral to appropriate department/person. • Coordinates with Business Analysts to provide expertise in development of reporting tools. • Manages IT projects in collaboration with Operational and Clinical subject matter experts.
CpCpCbrCpThe ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in supporting a diverse portfolio of ancillary clinical systems with immediate priority given toCbDental Occupational Health and OphthalmicCbenvironments. You will be responsible for the end2Dto2Dend lifecycle of software used in these environments as well as the configuration and optimization ofCbpic WisdomCbworkflows. Technical proficiency in software interoperabilityintegration is essential.
Furthermore you will provide critical support for specialized hardware in these enviornments ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability across clinical areas.
CbrCpCbrCpCpCbCuQualificationsxperienceCbrCuCbCpCpBachelors degree in health care related field Information Systems or Business Management. quivalent relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.
CpCp52D7 years experience as an Application Analyst or similar experience in a healthcare related I.T. position or equivalent clinical role.
