Job Summary:

The Applications Analyst Integrations is responsible for collaborating with internal customers to define business requirements and system goals, analyzing and improving existing applications, and supporting the deployment and enhancement of software solutions. This role involves application design, configuration, integration, and testing, with a focus on OCI integration development and middleware technologies. The analyst will also provide training, risk assessment, and develop prototypes to ensure effective application performance and alignment with business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with internal customers to define business requirements and system goals.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems.
  • Develop strategies to improve or leverage applications and systems.
  • Assist in deploying new applications and delivering enhancements to existing ones.
  • Perform application design, configuration, and integration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain programs using common programming languages, stored procedures, and web services.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support acquisition and implementation decisions.
  • Coordinate and conduct testing for applications, including user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end users.
  • Identify risks and dependencies between applications, systems, and business processes and propose solutions.
  • Develop application prototypes and mockups for user group feedback.
  • Plan, design, and implement application lifecycle changes including upgrades and replacements.
Required Skills & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience as a computer specialist or information systems analyst.
  • 5+ years of OCI Integration Development and Design experience.
  • 5+ years experience in Integration Testing and Test Case Development.
  • Proficiency with APIs, Middleware, Data Mapping, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Workflow Analysis, and Application Integrations.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field.
