Job Details:
Position: Applications Analyst
Location: 367 S Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (open to remote work arrangement)
Facility: UHS of Delaware, Inc
Duration: 13 weeks ((With potential to convert into FTE or high possibility of extension)
Shift: DAYS – 8 am
Pay range: $45.00 - $50.00
Required Qualification:
Proven experience with Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications. Preferably 3 – 5 years’ experience with UKG – Pro Workforce Management and Scheduling (formerly known as Dimensions) and/or Kronos iSeries
Strong knowledge of timekeeping and payroll functions
Helpful if experience with building both work/daily and pay period rules, holidays, and pay codes in UKG – ProWFM and/or iSeries
Skills:
Ability to work independently, retain flexibility and maintain composure under pressure
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to troubleshoot problems and determine root causes
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff to exchange information, including providing training and development to less experienced analysts
Ability to interpret customer needs to support the configuration of application.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers
Ability to maintain confidential information is mandatory
Daily Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret timekeeping records and pay codes used in UKG ProWFM
Identify differences between Kronos iSeries and UKG ProWFM
Run UKG ProWFM dataviews, reports, and balance these reports accordingly
Understanding and determining the changes associated with timekeeping records (i.e. Work Rule Transfers, Labor Category Transfers, Business Structure, etc.) …adjustment rules/triggers that would identify timekeeping changes
Interpret customers’ needs/issues/questions (whether via email, ticket system, phone call, etc.) and be able to respond to them accordingly
Create hyperfinds in UKG ProWFM
Understanding the People setup for employees and managers in UKG ProWFM
Editing/changing/etc. time records in UKG ProWFM (whether in the schedule or timecard)
Understanding schedules in UKG ProWFM
Capable of learning independently.
