Applications Analyst (Part Time)

E-logic is seeking a part-time Applications Analyst - Integrations to provide targeted application integration and quality assurance support for the Detroit Water & Sewerage Department (DWSD). You will work alongside E-logic and DWSD teams on key projects involving application integrations, API management, and business process testing for specialized software packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in connecting software systems, data sources, and cloud-native microservices utilizing APIs and middleware solutions.
• Conduct business workflow audits and develop test cases for system integrations and software package upgrades.
• Document workflows and identify recommendations to optimize interactions between customer portals and internal payment systems.
• Troubleshoot complex system interactions, configure applications, and develop stored procedures or web services as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive working experience as an information systems analyst or computer specialist.
• Technical Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle OCI integration development and design.
• 5+ years of experience developing test cases for integrations in the utility sector.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, SQL, and API integration tools.
