Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the architecture, design, and integrity of ServiceNow platforms.
• Deliver hands-on configuration, development, and integration services.
• Provide high-level design and specifications for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design and implement various application modules and integrations with third-party applications.
• Enhance business processes using ServiceNow tools and best practices.
• Participate in process flow analysis and redesign.
• Work with remote teams and share best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience.
• 5 years of expert knowledge in ServiceNow ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, ITSM, and Change Management Practices.
• 5 years of working knowledge of ServiceNow User Provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Email modules.
• 5 years of experience architecting and implementing integrations with ServiceNow using Azure AD, Trusted Sources for SSO, Mid server, web services REST/SOAP, email, and other relevant technologies.
• 3 years of excellent communication skills used in leading implementation activities and training staff.

Preferences:

• 7 years of industry and project experience with ServiceNow.
• 5 years of ServiceNow System Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification.
• 5 years of experience in technical documentation including design, implementation, and configuration plans.
• 5 years of experience implementing Core Process Areas: User provisioning, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
• 3 years of technical knowledge in programming such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
