Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Technical skills, written and verbal communication, and demonstrated experiences will be the basis for evaluation. Minimum Qualifications • 7+ years of recent experience designing and delivering solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ Dataverse, including Case Management in GCC or equivalent regulated environments. • Handson expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) and Dataverse schema design, security, and performance tuning. • Experience integrating Dynamics 365/Dataverse with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Storage), SharePoint Online, and external systems via REST/OData. • Demonstrated ALM using Azure DevOps (work items, repos, pipelines) and solutionbased deployment between environments. • Proven application security and governance in Microsoft 365/Dynamics 365 GCC, including rolebased access, fieldlevel security, auditing, and DLP policies. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and knowledge transfer. Preferred Experience • Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications designation at the vendor level (or equivalent Microsoft partner certification). • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert; Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate; Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or closely related current certifications). • Experience operating in Government Community Cloud (GCC) with awareness of FedRAMP and CJIS considerations. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern UX practices. • Experience with application and data security best practices across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure. Educational qualifications meeting at least one of the following levels: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent work experience. • Current Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architecture and implementation (as listed above).
