Applications Architect (C. Advanced)

SKILLS
To accomplish the work outlined above, FDACS requires an experienced Applications Architect with the following skills and experiences listed below. This list is not exhaustive; nor are all skills required. Technical Skills, written and verbal communication, and experiences will be the basis for evaluation of responses to the RFQ.
" Bachelor of Science degree in an Information Technology related field is preferred.
" Minimum 7 years of experience designing, developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining applications and business intelligence with similar size and complexity.
" Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing systems using the Microsoft technology stack.
" Minimum 7 years of experience developing and implementing customized Microsoft .NET applications using SQL Server database (RDBMS).
" Minimum 7 years of experience with development and release management using multiple code branches in Azure DevOps and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
" Minimum 7 years of experience with building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines (using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) to streamline testing and deployment.
" Minimum 7 years of experience implementing systems using role-based security.
" Minimum 7 years of experience implementing 3-Tier Architecture solutions.
" Minimum 7 years of experience working with various stakeholders and team members to understand requirements, understand data needs and resolve issues.
" Minimum 7 years of experience creating technical documentation.
" Minimum 7 years of experience generating reports using SSRS/Active Reports.
" Minimum 7 years of experience in application development.
" Minimum 7 years of experience in database development.
" Strong technical background.
" Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
" Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a variety of audiences.
" Strong interpersonal skills and able to establish good working relationships with team members, agency representatives, external representatives and vendor staff.
" Able to work independently, to work against a plan, to meet deadlines, to follow procedures and to produce deliverables.
" Excellent active listening skills.
" Able to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
" Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
" Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.

PREFERENCE
Preference will be given to candidates with:
" intimate knowledge of FNW's business processes.
" intimate knowledge of the Florida Direct Certification (FDC) Application.
" intimate knowledge of the Florida Automated Nutrition System (FANS) Application.
" intimate knowledge of the Admin Review (AR) Application.
" Intimate knowledge of the PartnerBridgeAPI Application.
" Experience with Azure/AWS Cloud Services.
