Applications Architect
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Applications Architect to support the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise technology solutions within a cloud and platform services environment. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing both existing and emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure and cloud-based identity platforms
- Administer and support Windows Server environments (patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades)
- Architect and manage multi-cloud environments, including identity solutions (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations across applications, APIs, and SaaS platforms
- Develop and execute cloud financial management (FinOps) strategies, including cost tracking and allocation models
- Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions (backup, replication, testing)
- Monitor system performance and proactively address availability and scalability concerns
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across infrastructure and cloud environments
- Collaborate with application teams on cloud migrations and CI/CD pipeline development
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, incidents, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with data security policies and governance standards
Required Qualifications- Minimum 5+ years of experience in each of the following areas:
- Enterprise Windows Server administration and support
- On-premises Windows domain infrastructure management
- Multi-cloud architecture and support (AWS, Azure, or similar)
- Identity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, DRaaS, Security)
- Cloud networking (virtual networks, private connectivity)
- DevOps practices and tools in cloud environments
- CI/CD pipelines and cloud migration support
- Cloud cost management, tagging, and chargeback models
- Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Cloud security, governance, and policy implementation
