Applications Developer 1

IDR is seeking an Applications Developer 1 to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves supporting a configured Commercial Off-The-Shelf Software (COTS) with multiple modules. The position offers the chance to work on application configuration, development, and support in a collaborative environment.

Position Overview for the Applications Developer:

• Support all aspects of a configured COTS application with multiple modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and application configuration tasks
• Manage user access permissions and perform application development for change requests
• Conduct scripting, debugging, and testing to ensure software quality
• Provide production application support and prepare implementation specifications

Requirements for the Applications Developer 1:

• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, MIS, or Mathematics
• 2 years’ experience with a SQL database
• 2 years’ experience with OO development (.Net, Java, C#, VB)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
