Job Description
The Applications Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing complex Azure SQL databases, leading database projects, troubleshooting database performance issues, building and maintaining AI agents, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the performance and scalability of data systems through advanced SQL techniques and development best practices.
The role will also maintain and support Microsoft Azure App Services and C#/.NET-based applications.

- Prompt engineering and simple RAG pipelines
- Building self-correcting, stateful, and tool-using AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, executing tasks, and collaborating with digital systems and humans
Ability to
- Quickly learn and develop in new programming languages, APIs, and platforms
- Evaluate and test emerging technologies and development tools
- Work effectively in a collaborative development environment
- Synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
- Build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
- Write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
- Interpret and analyze test results
- Use and maintain testing frameworks, test libraries, databases, and test environments
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 or more years of SQL, web development, and analysis experience, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in AI-driven development using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude
- Relevant professional certifications are a plus
