  • Midday, collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators as the primary inside technical contact—answering application questions, providing documentation, and troubleshooting edge cases.
  • Build accurate quotations by analyzing technical requirements and commercial terms; validate pricing and lead times, then clearly present options.
  • Verify purchase orders against your proposals, resolve discrepancies professionally, and coordinate clean handoffs for flawless execution.
  • Close out the day with proactive follow‑ups that move opportunities forward and strengthen long‑term relationships.

What you bring

  • 2–3+ years in engineering, operations, or sales within related industrial markets
  • 2+ years supporting customers within a sales organization or process
  • Strength in prioritizing and multitasking; a problem‑solving mindset for both technical and commercial challenges
  • Collaborative style with a track record of delivering team results
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
