Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead customer-facing technical initiatives during pre-sales engagements, delivering impactful product showcases and feasibility testing.
- Accurately convert customer requirements into comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and validation blueprints.
- Oversee the creation and revision of essential technical documents, such as application notes and user manuals.
- Collaborate with research and development and product teams to customize solutions for clients in the manufacturing sector, addressing any operational challenges with detailed analysis and appropriate engineering adaptations.
- Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance, conduct customer workshops, and facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure optimal solution deployment and application.
- Formulate and implement comprehensive testing strategies, validation procedures, and analyze outcomes while enhancing quality standards through methodologies like PFMEA and APQP.
- Support sales efforts by offering insight into project feasibility, resource allocation, and timeline estimation.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, track issues, and provide regular updates to both internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing context within a similar domain.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to travel to client locations and service centers as required (up to 10-20% travel anticipated).
