Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical and inside sales support for biopharma hose and fluid transfer product lines including product selection application guidance and basic troubleshootingSupport customers with technical inquiries quotations and sales opportunitiesServe as a technical support resource for sales teams across the distributor network assisting with application questions and customer proposalsPrepare quotations product configurations and supporting technical documentationParticipate in customer calls and conduct local customer visits for application reviews product evaluations and trainingCoordinate with sales engineering quality and operations teams to support customer needs and order executionDevelop working knowledge of biopharma manufacturing environments GMP requirements and relevant industry standards e.g. USP ASME BPECapture customer and distributor feedback to support continuous improvement of products tools and sales processes
QualificationsRequiredBachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences or a related technical field or equivalent experience0-3 years of experience in a technical engineering or customer-facing roleStrong interest in technical sales applications engineering or customer supportClear written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn and grow in a regulated biopharmaceutical environmentAbility to travel to domestic channel partners customers and exhibitionsExposure to biopharma pharmaceutical medical device or life sciences manufacturing preferredFamiliarity with fluid handling components such as hoses tubing fittings or single-use systems preferred
