Your day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding projects from initial inquiry through delivery, and ensuring every solution meets performance, cost, and timeline expectations. You'll build trusted relationships with customers, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively drive projects forward, ensuring each outcome reflects Thermo's commitment to quality and innovation.OUR IDEAL APPLICATIONS ENGINEERWe're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related technical field3+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales, or product engineeringProficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, or similar toolsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop quotes and cost estimatesStrong project management and presentation skillsDirect experience with flexible heater products (etched foil, silicone rubber, Kapton), knowledge of UL/CSA/RoHS standards, ERP/CRM systems, and familiarity with industries such as medical devices, semiconductors, aerospace, food processing, or EV systems, as well as related manufacturing processes, are preferred.ABOUT USThermo Heating Elements, LLC is a trusted leader in the design and manufacturing of high‑quality flexible heating solutions.
