Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and engineering sector, is seeking a Applications Engineer RI to join their team. As a Applications Engineer RI, you will be part of the technical support and product development division supporting sales and engineering teams.
Job Title: Applications Engineer RI
Location: North Kingstown, RI
Pay Range:$35-$37/HR
What's the Job?
- Conduct hardware and software product demonstrations showcasing technical features and processes to prospective and existing customers
- Effectively communicate product benefits for complex applications
- Assist regional sales team in providing product recommendations tailored to customer applications
- Prepare operating instructions and conduct training programs to meet customer needs
- Maintain positive customer relationships through effective interaction and support
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a similar environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Strong customer service skills, creativity, analytical thinking, and motivation
