Job TitleLead Application EngineerJob DescriptionLead and coordinate application engineering schedules and activities. Develop and deliver advanced programming and manufacturing classes for internal and external customers. Support and coach customers on advanced manufacturing technologies and full product lines. Design and execute cutting demonstrations using modern machining technologies. Develop manufacturing solutions, including CNC programs, tooling, and fixturing. Provide technical support to distributors and key accounts (programming, processes, training). Support pre-sale engineering activities, customer evaluations, and proposals. Support special events including open houses, trade shows, and technical sales initiatives. CAM experience with tools such as Mastercam and Siemens NX. CAD experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ISO standards preferred.
