Job Title: Applications Engineering Manager

Salary: $127,600 - $161,900 plus commission
Reports to: Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Location: Remote.

Position Overview:
The Applications Engineering Manager serves as the primary technical authority supporting customer acquisition and program capture, leading all pre-sales technical engagements for KULR's battery, BMS, and energy storage solutions. This role partners closely with Sales and Business Development to translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performance system architectures aligned with mission-critical applications. The position leads customer-facing technical discussions, supports RFIs/RFPs, and oversees the development of solution architectures, proposals, and trade studies. In addition to direct technical contribution, this role manages and mentors applications engineering resources, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement and technical delivery. The Applications Engineering Manager also provides structured feedback to internal engineering and product teams to influence roadmap decisions and align solutions with evolving customer and market needs.
