Responsibilities

Provide exceptional support to clients regarding their financial applications and platforms.

Assist clients with onboarding processes, account setup, annuity application completion, and general inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to wealth management applications.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Stay updated on financial products and services to effectively assist clients.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.

Familiarity with wealth management software and CRM systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

A positive and helpful demeanor.
