We're looking for someone to join our team as an Applications Trainer I-III who:
Position Summary:
The Applications Trainer I is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting training programs for clinical and administrative staff across a variety of health IT systems, including, but not limited to, Epic. This position plays a key role in supporting application adoption and optimal use by tailoring training to real-world workflows and organizational goals. The Applications Trainer I collaborates with stakeholders across departments to ensure end-users are equipped to use technology effectively and confidently.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with application analysts and operational leaders to align training with system functionality and clinical/administrative workflows.
Assist in assessing learning needs, identifying gaps, and incorporating feedback into training plans.
Participate in developing and maintaining training plans that support system implementations, upgrades, and workflow enhancements.
Deliver engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing users, including in-person, remote, and blended learning formats.
Develop and update training materials such as manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning modules to reflect current workflows and application updates.
Provide refresher or remediation training based on usage data, support ticket trends, or observed challenges.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support upgrade or optimization training initiatives.
