• Define AI architecture and technical direction
• Work hands-on with engineering teams
• Build reusable AI acceleration patterns

• Drive adoption of applied AI practices
• Develop reusable templates and reference implementations
• Python engineering and production AI/ML code
• Databricks and MLflow and even Azure AI Foundry
• RAG and LLM application architecture
• Agentic AI patterns and tool-based workflows
• Evaluation frameworks for LLMs/models
• Reusable accelerators, templates, and reference implementations

Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 a year
