• Abilities: Translate business needs into practical AI solutions; build and optimize workflows, automations, and tools; analyze data and AI outputs; collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams while driving adoption and continuous improvement

• Experience: 3–6 years in applied AI, automation, analytics engineering, or internal tools development, with hands-on experience building AI-driven workflows, dashboards, or lightweight applications and working with platforms like ChatGPT, Copilot, APIs, and structured data systems

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience

• Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
