What You Will Do

• Design and implement machine learning models to solve complex problems in life sciences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and scalability using Python and TypeScript.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to drive continuous improvement in AI applications.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems and processes.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or applied AI engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with data analysis and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of machine learning models.

Compensation and Benefits
