Job Summary:
This role seeks an experienced scientist to support marketing measurement initiatives for a rapidly growing global business. You will leverage your expertise in causal inference and experimentation to design and analyze marketing campaigns, optimize budget allocation, and inform customer acquisition and retention strategies. The position involves deep scientific exploration and model development to enhance customer experience and drive business impact through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine Marketing Mix Models (MMM) for channel effectiveness and ROI measurement.
- Construct and enhance Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models for strategic customer segmentation.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and quasi-experiments to measure campaign lift.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate measurement insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Partner with data scientists and engineers to deploy measurement solutions into production environments
Must-Have Skills:- PhD or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business application.
- Experience with causal inference methods (e.g., A/B testing, difference-in-differences, instrumental variables, propensity scoring, synthetic controls).
- Familiarity with cloud computation (e.g., AWS tools such as S3, SageMaker, EMR, or EC2).
Industry Experience:- Experience in e-commerce or marketing analytics is preferred for this role in supporting business marketing measurement.
