The Sales Appointment Confirmer is a high-impact sales support role responsible for managing and maximizing scheduled sales opportunities. You’ll serve as a key connection point between prospective homeowners and our sales professionals, using strong communication, strategic follow-up, and relationship-building skills to turn scheduled appointments into real opportunities and real revenue.

Compensation & Schedule

Monday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Occasional weekends as needed

Starting Pay: $20.75/hour + UNCAPPED Monthly Bonuses. Average performers earn an additional $500–$1,000+ per month in bonuses. Top performers earn $1,500+ per month in bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Own the appointment confirmation process by managing scheduled sales opportunities and ensuring homeowners are prepared and committed to their appointments.
• Conduct strategic inbound and outbound calls to homeowners, confirm appointment details, and identify opportunities to strengthen the sales conversation.
• Qualify and engage prospective customers while creating a positive, professional experience from the first conversation.
• Utilize proven sales strategies and communication techniques to overcome objections and increase appointment retention.
• Partner closely with sales and marketing professionals to ensure accuracy and information needed to maximize their results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, call notes, and appointment information.
• Consistently achieve defined performance metrics and take ownership of your results.

• Bilingual Spanish communication skills are a plus
• Experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel is a plus
