Location: North Richland Hills, TX (On Site) | Type: Full Time | Compensation: $15.50 per hour + bonuses up to $2,150 additional per month

Honda of North Richland Hills is looking for a high-energy, phone-savvy Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by scheduling service appointments, rescheduling as needed, and following up with customers on their recent visits. 

                                                                                              

Schedule: Must have flexibility to work the following days and hours: Monday - Friday, 6AM - 7PM and Saturday's from 6AM - 5PM. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments, balancing customer preferences and department availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and interactions.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
  • Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.

Basic Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair terminology is a PLUS
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
