Scheduling Coordinator - Service Department
We are seeking Service Business Development employees at McGrath Honda of Elgin to join our team! With rapid growth of our service department there is a need for a Scheduling Coordinator to help assist in scheduling and managing customer's service appointments.
Essential Duties: (other duties may be assigned)
- Deliver high levels of customer service
- Understanding of new software
- Track and evaluate progress through reports
- Create and maintain customer account database
- Data reporting and analysis of customer service history
- Maintaining high volume of inbound customer traffic flow
- Professional follow up
- Create service appointments both over the phone & in person
