Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
  • Book qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm and reschedule meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
  • Explain products and services at a high level
  • Handle objections and answer basic questions
  • Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
