Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective customers
Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
Book qualified appointments and demos for the sales team
Follow up with prospects to confirm and reschedule meetings
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Meet daily and weekly outreach and booking targets
Explain products and services at a high level
Handle objections and answer basic questions
Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date
Collaborate with sales representatives on smooth handoffs
Track outreach performance and report results
Perform additional sales support tasks as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related roles
Strong verbal communication and phone skills
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with outreach
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Comfortable using CRM and dialer tools
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet connection
