We're building a team of people who are genuinely good with people.What This Role Actually InvolvesReaching out to prospects through social platforms, referrals, professional communities, and networkingStarting respectful, curious conversations with professionals and business ownersUnderstanding someone's real goals, challenges, and financial situation before saying anything about what we offerExplaining our services in plain language - never jargon, never pressureReading whether someone is genuinely ready for a deeper conversationScheduling and coordinating appointments with our advisory teamPrepping prospects so they walk into their appointment readyKeeping clean, organized notes and staying on top of follow-upBuilding a consistent pipeline and hitting weekly activity goalsYou'll Probably Do Well Here IfYou've worked in sales, consulting, hospitality, or customer-facing service - anywhere you had to earn someone's trust quicklyYou don't need a manager checking in daily to stay disciplinedYou take feedback well and actually want to improveYou'd rather have a handful of honest conversations than chase volumeNo license or certification required - this is a conversation and coordination role, not a licensed advisory position.How You're PaidThis is a performance-based, commission structure. Most active setters earn $900–$1,800 per week, with no cap for people who perform consistently.
