Rock Solid Construction is growing and is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations. If you enjoy meeting people, working in a fun retail environment, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you!
No construction experience is required—we provide all the training.
What You'll Do
Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly
Compensation
Top performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour, with even higher earnings through sales bonuses.
Schedule
Flexible 5–6 hour shifts
Day, evening, and weekend opportunities available
