• Earnings Potential You'll start with a base pay of $21/hour plus the potential for $1000 or more in monthly bonuses when you meet and exceed call and booking metrics. (totaling $43,680/year or more),

Your Role and Daily Responsibilities

• Conduct outgoing and receive incoming calls to engage with enthusiastic potential customers.
• Use our pretested scripts to schedule studio sessions, consistently meeting and surpassing daily and weekly targets.
• Create memorable and positive conversations that leave families elated.
• Monitor and report on your performance, earning recognition for your achievements.

What We're Looking For in You

• A relentless positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm that inspires clients on every call.
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly and steer conversations towards a positive outcome.
• Preferred Experience: Sales, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles enhance your suitability (not mandatory* -our training will prepare all winners!).
• A passion for conversing with people and helping them create cherished memories.
