At Environment Control, we’re passionate about quality—and we’ve been doing it for over 50 years! Now, we’re looking for a friendly, motivated Appointment Setter to join our Tipp City, Ohio office.

If you’re outgoing, organized, and enjoy talking with people, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Get

• $16 per hour
• Part-time — approximately 20 hours per week
• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Paid weekly
• A fun, goal-oriented team environment
• The opportunity to help grow our business while building valuable communication skills

What You’ll Do

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll connect with prospective customers by phone and email, keep information up to date, and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.

Your goal is simple: help keep our sales team’s calendar full!

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Self-motivated and dependable
• Friendly, positive, and comfortable talking on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable entering information accurately into CRM software
• Confident communicating with prospective customers by phone and email
• Goal-oriented and excited to hit weekly appointment goals
• A team player with a great attitude!

No need to be a sales superstar—we’ll help you learn the ropes. What matters most is your energy, communication skills, and willingness to make things happen!
