Appointment Setter

Youre comfortable picking up the phone, staying upbeat after a few nos, and turning a quick conversation into a real appointment. As an Appointment Setter with Pachis Agency LLC, youll help connect people with an insurance team that has spent more than 20 years building trust through personal, thoughtful service.

Your day will center on outbound calls to designated leads, marketing lists, and older prospects. Youll ask a few basic questions, learn what matters to the prospect, and schedule qualified conversations with our sales producers. Youll also keep follow-ups organized, update CRM records, and make sure the next person on the team has the details they need.

Pachis is a family-owned American Family Insurance agency based in Evanston, with a modern growth mindset and a team that values accountability, learning, and mutual support. Youll have flexible scheduling and the ability to work fully remote, making this a strong fit for someone balancing school, another job, or other commitments. Equipment is provided, and theres a path to becoming licensed and moving into a Customer Service Rep or Sales Producer role.

Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour, based on experience, with bonus and performance opportunities.
