We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Lead Generators. This is a door-to-door canvassing position where you'll introduce homeowners to our roofing services and generate qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You'll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods we actively service to generate qualified homeowner leads.
• Speak with homeowners and schedule appointments for our roofing specialists.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the sales team.
• Track leads and activity accurately.
• Travel throughout Fort Worth and surrounding neighborhoods daily.

Compensation & Perks

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.

Performance Expectations

• Generate a minimum of 5 qualified leads per week.
• Represent the company professionally in the field.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Smartphone for communication and lead tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, canvassing, roofing, construction, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
