Appointment Setter (High-Earning Sales Opportunity | No Experience Needed)

Facing the Sun FBG Home Improvement is looking for driven individuals who want to break into sales, develop real skills, and grow into high-income closers.

No experience? No problem.

We train you — but we only want people who are serious about winning.

Compensation:

• Commission-based (1099)
• $500 – $10,000+ per month
• Top performers: $80K – $200K+ annually

You control your income

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through:
• Door-to-door / cold calling
• Events (flea markets, community outreach)
• Online / self-generated leads
• Set appointments for closers
• Build your pipeline
• Learn sales and develop into a closer

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated and coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Wants to grow into a high-income closer
• Goal-oriented (you actually want more out of life)

No Experience Required — BUT:
