In this role, you'll speak with customers who have already expressed interest in our products and help schedule appointments for our In-Home Sales team - no cold calling.This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role focused on customer communication, follow-up, and appointment setting.What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer callsReconnect with customers who previously met with our sales teamSchedule appointments for our In-Home Sales RepresentativesEducate customers on West Shore Home products and servicesTrack customer interactions in SalesforceWork toward daily and monthly performance goals
