His agency offers a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance, with a focus on helping clients understand their coverage options and making informed decisions.

In this role you will contribute to the overall success of the team. You will learn how to brand yourself as an insurance expert and learn the skills required to move up within the organization. In this role you will be calling prospects who requested our help. You will then transfer the contacts to our sales team to present on.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Calling prospects to set appointments for licensed sales team to close
• These are calls for various products including both life insruance and financial services
• You will be calling diverse leads, including both new leads and commercial leads

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to grow to a career in sales
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
