Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via phone to understand their automotive needs.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team based on customer availability and dealership capacity.
  • Provide clear and concise information about our services and current offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales department to ensure a smooth handover of leads.
  • Strive to exceed appointment setting goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using a computer and CRM software.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
