Santiago General Contractor Solutions is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters. If you enjoy talking to people and working outdoors, this is a great opportunity to build experience and grow with a fast-growing home improvement company.
What You’ll Do
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
- Promote our bathroom remodeling services
- Set qualified appointments for in-home consultations
- Accurately collect homeowner information
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly goals
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
- Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable walking 3–5 miles daily and working outdoors
