About Us

At Farmers Insurance District 50-05, we’re expanding our presence in Oxford, serving the Gulf Shores area with strong insurance solutions. This hybrid position allows you to work locally and from home, while also receiving training and mentorship with our team. With the backing of the University of Farmers® and a dedicated development team, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to grow into a successful agency owner.

Responsibilities

• Help Oxford, AL families and business owners secure the right coverage.

• Learn the full suite of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.

• Attend district-led training and mentorship sessions in Oxford.

• Engage in community outreach across the region.

• Provide customer service and policy support to clients.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous sales or customer service background preferred, not required.

• Driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to build a career.
