Got a knack for fixing things? Love working with your hands? Curious about a career where you can grow, earn, and make a real impact every day? Let’s talk.

At Appliance GrandMasters, we’ve been shaking up the appliance repair game since 2016—and we’re looking for people with mechanical or electrical mindsets who are ready to learn the ropes and become certified appliance technicians through our paid apprenticeship program.

Appliance GrandMasters is the fastest-growing appliance repair company in Greenville, SC. We expanded into Asheville, NC serving Buncombe and Henderson County. We are seeking the next candidate to join our team and become an Appliance GrandMaster.

You’ll shadow experienced pros, get hands-on training, and develop the skills to diagnose, repair, and install appliances like refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, washers, and dryers. No appliance repair experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn—we’ll train you from the ground up.

What You’ll Do During your Apprenticeship

  • Train alongside experienced appliance technicians in the field

  • Learn how to troubleshoot and repair major home appliances

  • Practice safe and professional customer interactions

  • Track inventory, manage parts, and complete service reports using a tablet

  • Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for troubleshooting, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. Ideally, you have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
You will be diagnosing and repairing appliances such as Refrigerators, Stoves, Washers, Dryers, and Dishwashers at the customer's home. Providing them estimates on the cost of repairs. If you are a charismatic person you might well enjoy meeting new customers every day, or if you are an introvert, let the customers love you by letting your performance and skills talk by themselves.

We love maintaining a safe and clean work environment to make it easier to track all equipment, supplies, and parts inventory.

Having a great office team backing you up guarantees your success every day. You will be in constant communication with our office staff which will be ready to assist you in anything you need.
