This role is responsible for executing and leading all phases of carpentry work—from framing through final trim—while supervising temporary labor and ensuring high-quality results on active job sites.Key Responsibilities Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, millwork, cabinetry, and trimComplete backing, blocking, rigging, and safety installations (including handrails)Perform punch-list work and ensure quality control (QC) standards are metCollaborate with site teams and other trades to ensure project successRequired Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of commercial carpentry experienceStrong experience in both rough and finish carpentryHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipStrong safety awareness and reliabilityPreferred Qualifications Experience working on: Multi-family or residential housing projectsHospitality or senior housingK-12 or higher education facilitiesFederal or government construction projectsWork Environment Active construction sites located in Denver and Erie, COCurrent projects are in early phases (rough carpentry), progressing into framing and finish workOpportunity to work across a variety of project types including multi-family, education, and government projectsJob Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
