The Opportunity:

You will work alongside experienced Journeymen and Foremen to master commercial power, lighting, and control systems. This role allows you to build a long-term technical career while gaining hands-on field experience with a company that invests in your growth. How You Will Make an Impact:
\n

- Assist licensed Journeymen with installing commercial conduit, wiring, and electrical distribution equipment.
- \n
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by following all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- \n
- Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment with precision and care.
- \n
- Prepare wire pulls, junction boxes, and panel terminations under direct field supervision.
- \n
- Inspect incoming project materials and tools to ensure the jobsite remains fully stocked and efficient.
- \n
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to representing company values.
- \n

Required Qualifications & Experience:
\n
- \n
- 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial environments.
- \n
- Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License and a valid driver's license.
- \n
- Solid understanding of basic electrical theory, National Electrical Code (NEC), and jobsite safety.
- \n
- Ability to read basic schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical documentation.
- \n
- Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in active field environments.
- \n

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

- \n
- Enrolled in or graduate of a formal electrical trade school or apprenticeship program.
- \n
- Prior experience working on commercial ground-up construction or controls projects.
- \n
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
- \n
\n
