Apprentice Electrician – 5+ Years Commercial/Industrial Experience

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with electrical installations, conduit, wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical construction, along with experience operating a Mini Excavator.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in commercial or industrial environments.
• Install and bend EMT, rigid conduit, and other raceways.
• Pull, route, and terminate electrical wire and cables.
• Install electrical panels, transformers, lighting, disconnects, and other electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Perform electrical connections, terminations, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with motor controls, low-voltage systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Operate a Mini Excavator for trenching, underground conduit installation, and other electrical construction activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area while following OSHA and job-site safety requirements.
• Work closely with Electricians, Foremen, and other construction personnel to complete projects efficiently.
• Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Active Texas TDLR Apprentice Electrician License required.
• Mini Excavator certification or documented experience operating a Mini Excavator.
• Strong knowledge of EMT conduit installation and bending.
• Ability to read electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical systems and installations.
• Own tools and required PPE.
• Reliable transportation.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
