About the Position
<\/h2>
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Epoxy Installer Apprentice to join our growing flooring team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Fort Wayne area.
<\/p>
No prior epoxy experience is required - we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, coatings, concrete, or skilled trades who wants long-term career growth.

What You'll Do
<\/h2>Assist with installation of epoxy, urethane, and resinous flooring systems
<\/li>Help prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and cleaning
<\/li>Mix and apply coating materials under supervision
<\/li>Move materials, tools, and equipment safely on job sites
<\/li>Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
<\/li>Maintain clean and organized work areas
<\/li>Travel to local job sites with crew members
<\/li>Support team leads with daily project tasks
<\/li><\/ul>What We're Looking For
