- Pay: $22.00/hr; might be eligible for an increase up to $25.00/hr after 90 days

What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation of mechanical and electrical components on buses.
- Operate basic hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, sockets, torque tools).
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures to complete tasks correctly.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks that keep production and service moving.
- Support senior technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communicate status, blockers, and material needs to supervisors.
- Stay flexible and help with an extended shift when daily production schedule is not met.
- Cross-train in other production stations as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools.
- Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems (preferred, not required).
- Able to lift or move parts up to 50 lbs.
- Willing to learn, take direction, and focus on details and safety.
Nice-to-Haves
- Practical experience from automotive, HVAC, carpentry, small engine repair, or related areas.
- Vocational school coursework in mechanics, diesel technology, or automotive technology.
