What You’ll Do
- Install & Repair: Work with seamless gutters, specialty systems, and gutter guards.
- Customer Service: Act as a professional face of the company, interacting comfortably with homeowners.
- Work Outdoors: Tackle physical tasks in various weather conditions and seasons.
- Level Up: Actively engage in training to move through the pay scales quickly.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" spirit is your most important tool.
- Communication: Ability to speak clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.
- Stamina: Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors; willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Experience: 2 years of construction experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive Base: $20.00 – $32.00 per hour to start.
- High Earning Ceiling: Performance-based incentives allow for an annual income of up to $110,000 at the Head Installer level.
