Rudnick & Sons LLC is looking for a hardworking, dependable Laborer Apprentice to join our growing heavy civil construction team. This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in the construction industry while earning a paycheck and gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Requirements:

✔ High school diploma or GED

✔ Willingness to enroll in an approved apprenticeship program

✔ Commitment to attend and participate in required apprenticeship classes/training

✔ Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✔ Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties May Include:

• General labor on construction sites
• Assisting equipment operators and skilled trades
• Shoveling, grading, cleanup, and site prep
• Traffic control and safety support
• Learning underground utility, roadway, and civil construction work
